This is the one and only Devra Katz of Devra Katz Yoga. I have been taking her classes regularly online since 2020. They have helped my physical and mental health, especially during the pandemic and more recently when rockets were flying in from Lebanon. Today, I made the 45 minute trip to take her class *in person* for the first time in five years. It was so great to finally connect face-to-face and not through a screen. If you are looking for yoga classes, I can’t recommend Devra enough.
