Vinyasa Flow I

This 75 minute class is designed to tune into the natural energetic currents of expansion and contraction. Using our breath, we move through a series of standing, seated, and reclining postures. With a strong emphasis on vinyasa, this dynamic practice will heat the body, and work balance, flexibility, and strength.
Be prepared to sweat. Suitable for all levels.
