Ashtanga Flow II

Description: This 75-minute class is inspired by the intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga. Beginning with a short and gentle warm-up, we then move through a sequence of standing, seated, and reclining poses traditional to Ashtanga yoga, as well as other preparatory poses.
With an emphasis on the breath, this class is designed to invigorate, cleanse, uplift, open, and release the body and inspire the mind. Suitable for all levels.
