Ashtanga Flow I

This 75-minute class is inspired by the primary series of Ashtanga yoga. Beginning with a gentle warm-up, we then move through the sun salutations, and a sequence of standing, seated, and reclining postures traditional to Ashtanga, as well as other preparatory poses.
With an emphasis on the breath, this class is designed to ground, cleanse, strengthen, balance, and stabilize the body, and clear the mind. Suitable for all levels.
